The DACN15-P surge protections are usable for all single-phase AC applications. Type 2, these products maintain a Nominal discharge current (In) of 5 kA and a Maximum discharge current (Imax) of 15 kA. According to the IEC standards, a product with an In of 5 kA can be installed in the main panel, but it can also be placed in the secondary panel, downstreaming the primary SPD. The new product DACN15-P11-275/INV with an inverted base, allowing bottom cabling for special applications extending the series.
