Citel respects and protects your personal data.

This document aims to provide you with all necessary and comprehensive information concerning the way in which individuals' personal data is collected and processed by CITEL on its website.

  • inclusion in computer files (databases, Excel, etc.) or paper files.

3 - Information that we collect

CITEL complies with the obligations resulting from Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended on 6 August 2004, known as the 'Data Protection Act', and the European Data Protection Regulation.

In the forms collecting personal data, the Internet user is informed whether or not the data collection is obligatory. Any refusal to provide obligatory information will make it impossible for the request to be sent and processed.

The main purposes of CITEL collecting personal data on its website can be summarised as follows:
