The BT serie is a range of 3-electrode Gas Discharge Tubes designed by CITEL with ceramic and non-radioactive technology. This range is available without leads (contact on side electrodes: BT type) to fit in standard connectors blocks or holders. Versions with leads, radial leads (BTR version) or axial leads (BTS version) for PCB mounting. BT gas tubes can be supply with a fail-safe mechanism (BTC version). BT are available in a large range of DC sparkover voltages and are in compliance with international standards (ITU-T rec. K12).
